 Experience

 Working with Stained Glass has been a passion of mine beginning in 1973 as a hobby. I began by making windows, mirrors, jewelry boxes, lamps and lite wall mounts. My work is in New York, California, South Carolina and Costa Rica. Now I only make custom pieces for residential homes and businesses, specializing in Tiffany style copper foil technique.

    One of my first observations of working with leaded Stained Glass was that the lead lines restricted my design capabilities. Switching to Tiffany's copper foiling technique freed up my design possibilities.

    After speaking with the customer to discuss design ideas and color, I design and submit to the customer for any alterations that may be requested and go over colors and glass texture.

    Recently, I have also added a new direction in my glass work. Drawing a design, routering and cutting the design out of wood (oak mostly), inlaying Stained Glass into the design and epoxing over the entire piece, as as wall hanging.
